We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from PRIMEHOMESHTURL. If for any reason you are not, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No restocking fees apply.

- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging whenever possible.
- Clearance items, final‑sale products, and items marked “non‑returnable” are excluded from this policy.
How to Initiate a Return

- Pack the item securely and include your order number and RMA number inside the package.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is complete.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service; PRIMEHOMESHTURL is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
